Sue Hayward the founder of the Working for the Children of Watamu Registered Charity number 1098731 invites you to a relaxing weekend at the Castlemere Hotel Blackpool.  WATAMU WEEKENDS

Enjoy a relaxing weekend at the Castlemere Hotel Blackpool.

Arrive on Friday afternoon/evening to a warm welcome from Sue & Dave.

Relax with like minded people in the cosy bar.

A full English Breakfast will be served at 9am on Saturday morning.

At 10.30am Sue will be speaking about the work that has been carried out in Watamu Kenya showing an excellent DVD of the 3 schools that have been built and now educate 700 children.

See pictures of the Happy House that is in the process of being built for 100 orphans from Watamu and the surrounding area. Children who are orphaned due to HIV, Aids, Malaria or one of the many other diseases that these people have to contend with on a day to day basis. Many children are just abandoned. They need our help.

A light lunch will be served at 12.30

A free afternoon to explore Blackpool. An exciting place with many attractions, piers, and restaurants. Visit the famous Tower or ride the roller coasters on the Pleasure Beach. Maybe shopping is more your thing. Blackpool has a superb town centre playing host to many large stores,  Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, and of course the ever popular Primark.

A 3 course roast dinner will be served at 6.30pm after which people are free to go to one of the many theatres or clubs or to stay in the cosy bar to chat with new friends.

Please come and join us, there is no pressure for donations as 10% of every booking will be donated to the Charity.

This special weekend is just £65 per person.
